💧 Tank Size: 75+ gallons – requires mature, stable reef systems with ample live rock

🌡️ Temp: 76–78°F

🔄 Salinity: 1.025

🧪 Parameters:

• Alkalinity: 8–10 dKH

• Calcium: 400–450 ppm

• Magnesium: 1300+ ppm

• Nitrate: <10 ppm

• Phosphate: <0.05 ppm

🌊 Flow: Low to moderate – avoid strong jets that can dislodge or stress it

📍 Placement: Will roam the rockwork and glass; needs lots of established surfaces to graze on

🍽 Feeding:

Feeds on biofilm, detritus, and microorganisms – may accept powdered or frozen foods if target fed, but rarely

🧼 Care Level: Difficult – sensitive to salinity swings, temperature changes, and rough handling

🚫 Do Not:

• Expose to air

• Place in new/immature tanks

• Try to force feed – best left to graze naturally
