Green Bisma Worm Rock – Alien Forest on Live Rock

Green Bisma Worm Rock is a living, natural rock formation covered in tiny tube-dwelling feather duster worms (Sabellidae), each flaunting a fluorescent green crown. With their constant pulsing and retracting, this piece brings both movement and biodiversity to any reef tank.

Coral & Invertebrate Highlights:

  • 💚 Bright Green Crowns – Dozens of tiny feather dusters wave in the current

  • 🪨 Natural Live Rock – Base rock hosts beneficial bacteria and microfauna

  • 🌊 Constant Motion – Each worm opens and retracts, creating mesmerizing movement

  • 💡 Lighting: Low to moderate PAR (50–150) – no special light requirements

  • 🌬️ Flow: Moderate – enough to keep crowns extended and clean

  • 🧪 Parameters:

    • Temp: 75–78°F

    • Salinity: 1.025

    • dKH: 8–11

    • Calcium: 400–450 ppm

    • Magnesium: 1250–1350 ppm

    • Nitrate: 2–10 ppm

    • Phosphate: 0.02–0.08 ppm

Placement: Bottom to mid-level on sand or rock shelf; avoid aggressive coral neighbors
