3. How do I acclimate my corals to my aquarium?

  • Upon receiving your corals, follow the acclimation instructions provided with your shipment. Generally, it involves gently floating the coral bag in your tank to match temperature, followed by a gradual drip acclimation to match water chemistry.

4. What lighting and water conditions do corals need?

  • Lighting and water conditions vary depending on the coral species. We provide care information for each coral on our website to help you create the ideal environment. Typically, corals thrive under moderate to high-intensity lighting and stable water parameters.

5. Do you offer a live arrival guarantee?

  • Yes, we offer a live arrival guarantee. In the rare event that your coral arrives in poor health, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. What is your return policy?

  • We have a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you receive a product in unsatisfactory condition, please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
  • Live, perishable, custom items are not able to return. Please contact us for more assistance.

7. How can I track my order?

8. Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
